The patient is a 27-year-old African American man requesting treatment for a chronic scalp condition that has not responded to multiple courses of antibiotics. Derm Dx: Asymptomatic Genital Rash

A 65-year-old man presents with an asymptomatic rash on his penis that has persisted for 2 weeks.
